Instructions for use (general and elastic) are inside each box. The goal is an exercise session of 120 contractions (+/- two minutes). Open your mouth wide (+/- 3 cm) and keep it open for the duration of the exercise; Place Facial-Flex® between the corners of the lips, the large end caps inward; Push with the corner of the lips against the very resistance of the device, bringing the corners of the mouth towards the center and forming an "O", while contracting the muscles fully; Maintain the contraction more or less two seconds; Release and start again.
